Job title : Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in digital advertising and technology services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across Dubai, USA, UK, and Portugal.
  • Act as a business unit head, leading technical teams across cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and DevOps.
  • Oversee deployment pipelines, system performance, uptime reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure IT governance, data compliance, and risk mitigation across regions.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Align project priorities to meet both client and organizational goals.

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development & technical operations
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional tech projects and driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or relevant (Master's preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, cloud operations, and global market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills.
