Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Karāchi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing partnerships. Key tasks include developing strategic plans, conducting market research, and implementing growth strategies. The role also involves overseeing client communications, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure business targets are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Partnership Management
  • Client Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to develop data-driven insights
  • Leadership, team management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in the consultancy, immigration, or business development fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Karāchi

Salary: 40K - 80K + Commission and Bonuses

Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi, Pakistan
