Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Work Force Executive to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staffing, scheduling, and overall workforce operations to ensure smooth business functioning. You will also support recruitment, training, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce operations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities
  • Ensure effective employee relations and implementation of HR policies
  • Prepare reports and maintain workforce productivity

Requirements:

  • Experience in workforce management or HR operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
