Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist located in Karāchi. The role involves assessing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction in the healthcare industry through training, education, and effective sales and service. The specialist will manage and oversee sales activities, provide training to the sales team, and ensure effective communication with customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
