Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafting Head of Department (HOD) based in Lahore. The Drafting HOD will oversee the drafting department's operations, manage a team of drafters, and ensure high-quality and timely completion of drafting projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, reviewing and approving draft designs, and maintaining standards of accuracy and precision in all drawings. The role requires leadership and collaboration with various internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to review and approve technical drawings and drafts
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a drafting supervisory role
