Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Faisalabad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the branch's staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key duties include leading the team, setting targets, and ensuring that students receive the best possible advice and support for their study abroad plans. The Branch Manager will also monitor performance metrics, handle client inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with partner institutions.

  • Understanding of Study Abroad Programs and Application Processes
  • Sales and Marketing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in the educational consultancy should be minimum 3 year
