About the Role:
The Senior Analyst - Operations is a key contributor to optimizing the performance of our ride-hailing operations. This role involves analyzing driver and rider data, enhancing operational processes, and supporting strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, process and analyse data related to various aspects of operational initiatives and growth
  • Performance monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (where needed) to track performance of our fleet across KSA, providing meaningful insights
  • Forecasting: Utilize historical data and statistical modelling to generate predictions and forecasts of proposed initiatives
  • Data integrity: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of data for analysis and reporting in daily/weekly trackers
  • Ad hoc analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis as and when requested by management & leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related roles
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
