Position: B2B Sales Executive
Salary: PKR 80,000/- per month (fixed)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Night Shift: 7 PM – 5 AM)
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
About Us:
At Leeds Expert, we are driving the clean energy movement by helping US-based businesses transition to Solar Energy Solutions and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations. To support this mission, we're hiring motivated B2B Sales Executives to generate leads, connect with decision-makers, and promote sustainable energy solutions.
Role Overview:
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will engage directly with businesses in the US, identify potential clients, explain the benefits of solar and EV products, and qualify leads for further discussion. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
- Promote solar and EV charging solutions professionally.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up conversations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Record and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
- Strong English communication and listening skills.
- Previous call center or B2B sales experience preferred (especially solar/energy).
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 5 AM).
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM knowledge.
