
B2B Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in business-to-business sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to help the company expand its client base and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
