
HR & Compliance Officer

We are seeking a qualified and motivated HR & Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring organizational compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and the Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC) regulations, while also managing HR-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC) standards, policies, and regulations.
- Develop, update, and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate staff training and awareness sessions regarding compliance and HR policies.
- Support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and compliance, preferably in healthcare or service sector.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Sindh Healthcare Commission standards is mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
