We are seeking a skilled Admin/HR Officer with a maximum of two years of experience in an NGO or hospital setting to join our team and provide exceptional creatvice in undertaking a variety of HR administrative duties. The Admin/HR Officer will play a crucial role in facilitating daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and handling employee queries. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee queries regarding HR-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments to support HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Maximum of two years of experience as an HR/Admin Officer or similar role in an NGO or hospital setting; knowledge of compliance is preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of HR/Admin functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Urdu Typing, and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to employees and the organization.
