Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Sales Recruiter
with 1 to 3 years of experience in
bulk hiring for sales roles
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly in sourcing, screening, and onboarding sales professionals across entry and mid-level positions.
Your Mission:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk sales hiring across multiple regions or locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Your Story:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in
bulk or volume hiring
, preferably for
sales roles
(e.g., sales executives, telesales, business development, etc.). - Strong sourcing and screening skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
