Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Sales Recruiter
with 1 to 3 years of experience in
bulk hiring for sales roles
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly in sourcing, screening, and onboarding sales professionals across entry and mid-level positions.

Your Mission:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk sales hiring across multiple regions or locations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
  • Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Your Story:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in
    bulk or volume hiring
    , preferably for
    sales roles
    (e.g., sales executives, telesales, business development, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
