Seller Experience Partner
About the Role: At LAAM, we're looking for a Seller Experience Partner who's passionate about creating meaningful relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional experiences for our seller partners.  As the primary bridge between LAAM and our partners, you'll manage seller interactions, resolve issues, and analyze feedback to enhance the overall partner journey. If you're a detail-oriented communicator with a knack for empathy, ownership, and process excellence — this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve seller chats, incidents, and escalations with empathy, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of each case — ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Track and improve key metrics such as Resolution Time, Response Time, SLA adherence, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify recurring trends and recommend process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, CX, and Product) for aligned and effective resolutions.
  • Provide data-driven insights that help strengthen the partner experience.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Qualification Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Seller Management, or Experience Operations.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to deliver results under pressure.
  • Proactive collaborator with strong ownership and accountability.
