We're Growing – Join Us as a Client Care Executive (Accounts, Finance & Bookkeeping Focus)
Are you passionate about client service and skilled in finance, accounts, and documentation? We're looking for a Client Care Executive to join our dynamic team and help us deliver excellence in both client relationships and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries via calls, emails, and in-office meetings.
Maintain and update client records with accuracy.
Coordinate with management regarding client concerns and feedback.
Assist in preparing documentation (contracts/agreements) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Draft, prepare, and organize professional documents.
Manage and maintain Google Sheets/Drive and digital records efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office and professional email writing.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Confident, presentable, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
- Education: Bachelors
