About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and energetic
Customer Acquisition Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business by engaging, and converting potential customers. You'll play a key part in growing our client base and driving revenue by being on the frontline of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through research, cold calls, and networking.
  • Pitch products/services to potential customers and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and nurture them through the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and conversions in CRM/sales tracking tools.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help refine offerings and sales strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    ; prior sales or business development experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Resilience and persistence in prospecting and following up with leads.
