Customer Success Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Lead located in Lahore. The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients and playing a vital role in customer retention and acquisition. Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Customer Success team.
- Oversee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive client journey.
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify upselling/acquisition opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Analyze feedback, track key metrics, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Build scalable processes that enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Operations (preferably with international clients).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Proven ability to retain and acquire customers through relationship-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and collaboration at the core.
- Comfortable working onsite in Lahore aligned with US hours.
