Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Customer Support Chat Executive. The Customer Support Chat Executive will handle day-to-day tasks including interacting with customers via chat to address their inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written communication and customer interaction
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of customer support tools and technology
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
