About the Role

ATU Logistics is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore. You'll act as the first point of contact for clients, managing both inbound and outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every caller.

We're looking for confident communicators who can stay composed under pressure and maintain a professional, friendly attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and support requests.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, shipment confirmations, and updates.
  • Clearly explain ATU Logistics' services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage customer complaints with patience and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay informed about company updates, policies, and new services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (US/Canada market experience preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written.
  • Excellent listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Must be available for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
