  1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults in vehicles or components.

  3. Provide technical guidance to dealers, workshops, and end-users.

  4. Investigate field issues and ensure timely rectification.

  5. Warranty & Claim Handling

  6. Verify warranty claims.

  7. Identify recurring issues and suggest corrective actions to the R&D or production teams.

  8. Field Service & Inspections

  9. Visit customer sites, service centers, or vehicle delivery points for inspection.

  10. Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicles meet quality standards before dispatch.

  11. Feedback to Design & Production Teams

  12. Report field failures, design defects, or performance issues to the engineering and quality departments.

  13. Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective action planning (RCA & CAPA).

  14. Training & Dealer Support

  15. Train dealership technicians on maintenance procedures, new technologies, and diagnostic tools.

  16. Support dealer workshops in maintaining company service standards.

  17. Documentation & Reporting

  18. Maintain records of services, warranty claims, parts usage, and customer feedback.

  19. Prepare regular reports highlighting common faults, field trends, and service KPIs.

  20. Customer Handling

  21. Interact directly with fleet owners, clients, and end users.

  22. Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
