About the Role

Source Kode Solutions is seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic digital marketing professional to lead our social media campaigns, email marketing automation, and employer branding initiatives. This role combines content creation, performance marketing, and digital storytelling to grow our brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Brand Presence

• Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter
• Drive community engagement, influencer outreach, and brand ambassador programs
• Capture and share internal events to enhance employer branding and company culture visibility
• Maintain a consistent brand identity using visual storytelling and creative assets
• Collaborate with HR to improve internal communications and market perception

Email Marketing & Conversion Optimization

• Manage campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot
• Optimize performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and behavioral targeting
• Improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion metrics
• Personalize messaging for lead nurturing and customer retention

Digital Strategy & Analytics

• Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email dashboards
• Align digital efforts with business goals, growth targets, and ROI objectives
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and content strategy

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and engagement tactics
• Creative skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Experience in influencer marketing, employer branding, and content marketing
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience with Shopify apps for email/SMS/push marketing
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and video editing
• Skills in photography, event coverage, or motion graphics
