Business Development Executive
who can turn strategy into sales.
Role Overview
We're hiring a results-driven executive who can convert both paid leads
(generated via social media ads) and
organic leads
from platforms like
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, Email, and WhatsApp
. You'll be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and closing
high-ticket clients
for web, app, or AI-based Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with
qualified leads
generated via our paid ad campaigns - Conduct
organic outreach
via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps,
Email
, and
WhatsApp - Engage with CEOs, founders, and business owners to understand their needs
- Pitch Nexoverse's services confidently and consultatively
- Schedule discovery calls, build proposals (with support from internal team), and close deals
- Track leads, update pipeline status, and maintain weekly performance reports
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in
B2B sales or digital services sales - Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
- Ability to close $3,000+ high-value deals
independently - Familiarity with
cold outreach
techniques across email and messaging platforms - Strong understanding of lead nurturing, objection handling, and follow-ups
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in international sales (US/Canada)
- Knowledge of services like AI chatbots, automation, or web/app projects
- Use of CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking
