Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time Cost Estimator
to join our growing team. This is a
hybrid role based in Rawalpindi
with flexibility for some remote work. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects.
  • Managing and tracking project budgets.
  • Analyzing project requirements and identifying potential cost impacts.
  • Developing cost control strategies to improve project efficiency.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cost accuracy and project success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Cost Estimation, Cost Management, and Cost Control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Expertise in
    project estimation, budgeting, and construction workflows.
  • Proficiency with industry tools/software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to work both
    independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
