Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Opposite Millennium Mall, Block 19, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We're looking for a E-Commerce Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team and manage multiple online business projects. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and skilled at maintaining strong communication between clients and internal departments. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of eCommerce projects and high-quality client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for eCommerce clients and ensure smooth communication.

Coordinate with design, marketing, and development teams for timely project execution.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively.

Identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.

Continuously improve workflows and processes for better project outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress preferred)

Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable working night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)

Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms or operations is a plus

Note: Candidates residing near Gulistan-e-Johar will be preferred. Pick & Drop facility available for nearby areas.
