Digital Marketing Specialist – E-commerce (Pakistan Market)

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 12 PM – 9 PM

About the Role

Eshal Corporation is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and grow our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building and scaling multiple online stores in Pakistan. This role requires expertise in product research, performance marketing, and revenue-focused growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and validate winning products for the Pakistani e-commerce market.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize online stores and sales funnels.
  • Plan, launch, and scale paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Build profitable products into sustainable long-term brands.
  • Track performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the full e-commerce cycle—from product selection to scaling.

Core Skills Required

  • Product Research & Validation (market insights, tools, and trends).
  • Facebook & Instagram Advertising (setup, optimization, retargeting, scaling).
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • SEO & SEM (basic knowledge for store growth).
  • Social Media Marketing (organic + paid strategies for local markets).
  • Content Marketing (writing product descriptions, creatives, and ad copies).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (landing pages, checkout funnels).
  • Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic Design & Video Editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Successfully scaled at least 2–3 profitable online stores in Pakistan.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Ability to achieve consistent profitability and business growth.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
