  1. Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies under the guidance of the Head of Industrial Relations.
  2. Assist inquiry committees in conducting domestic inquiries to ensure fair practices and resolve employee complaints.
  3. Manage employee registration and generate vouchers on the EOBI portal on a monthly basis.
  4. Monitor and administer the medical facility for company employees as per the defined SOPs of Medical Health Services.
  5. Receive patient bills from hospitals and coordinate with insurance companies for timely claim processing and recoveries.
  6. Prepare and submit monthly claim reports related to in-patient facilities, ensuring recoveries are made in line with agreed terms and conditions.
  7. Maintain employee records for health and life insurance, including additions and deletions of employees and dependents.
  8. Provide support in handling industrial relations issues and assist in implementing IR policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with team members and assist in other section-related tasks as required.

Qualification:

  • BBA / MBA / MPA (Specialization in HRM, Management, or relevant field)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources / Industrial Relations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, EOBI, and social security regulations.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
