Assistant Manager Industrial Relations

- Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies under the guidance of the Head of Industrial Relations.
- Assist inquiry committees in conducting domestic inquiries to ensure fair practices and resolve employee complaints.
- Manage employee registration and generate vouchers on the EOBI portal on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and administer the medical facility for company employees as per the defined SOPs of Medical Health Services.
- Receive patient bills from hospitals and coordinate with insurance companies for timely claim processing and recoveries.
- Prepare and submit monthly claim reports related to in-patient facilities, ensuring recoveries are made in line with agreed terms and conditions.
- Maintain employee records for health and life insurance, including additions and deletions of employees and dependents.
- Provide support in handling industrial relations issues and assist in implementing IR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in other section-related tasks as required.
Qualification:
- BBA / MBA / MPA (Specialization in HRM, Management, or relevant field)
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources / Industrial Relations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, EOBI, and social security regulations.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
