Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Guest Relations Manager based in Karachi. The Assistant Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing guest relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling guest inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in staff training. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications

- Experience in Training staff to ensure high standards
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
