Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

We are looking for Sales Professionals at multiple levels (Executive, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager) to join our Switchgear Division (LV & MV). The role involves driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored switchgear solutions to consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities (depending on level of seniority):

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LV & MV switchgear market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Conduct site visits, gather project requirements, and provide technical support to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business strategy.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage key accounts and secure major projects (more relevant for senior roles).
  • Lead, coach, and supervise sales teams to achieve departmental goals (for Assistant Manager and above).
  • Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and expansion into new market segments (for Manager and Senior Manager).

Requirements (scaled by level):

  • Education:
    Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
  • Experience:
  • Executive / Sales Engineer: 0–4 years in sales, preferably switchgear.
  • Senior Sales Engineer: 4–6 years in LV/MV switchgear sales.
  • Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales: 6–10 years, with team-handling experience.
  • Manager / Senior Manager Sales: 10–15+ years, with proven leadership and strategic sales expertise in switchgear.
  • Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership, market development, and team management abilities for senior positions.
