Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Fronters / Lead Generation Agents to join our team. Your primary role will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our auto insurance and other similar products, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US auto insurance market
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify needs and generate leads
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken English (strong communication skills will be highly preferred)
  • Prior experience in BPO or call center industry preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence on the phone
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Availability for night shift work

Work Schedule

  • Shift: Night Shift 7pm till 4am
  • Location: On-site, Chaudry Talat Plaza, Main Murree Road, Shamsabad, Rawalpindi Near UBL
