Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Short Summary:

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Social Media Representative to join our growing e-commerce garments brand. The ideal candidate will handle customer messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring polite and timely communication. This is a full-time, non-target-based office job with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reply to customer messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Maintain positive brand communication and customer satisfaction
  • Keep track of order-related inquiries and coordinate with the support team
  • Post and engage on social media as per company guidelines
  • Assist marketing and sales teams with online communication tasks
  • Support during busy periods (overtime may be provided)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Intermediate
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Urdu & English
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and customer service etiquette
  • Must be responsible, punctual, and professional in dealing with customers
  • No transport provided

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Based on skills and performance
  • Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Overtime available in case of workload
  • Full-time, long-term position in a friendly work environment
