Mother's Touch is looking for a dynamic and versatile E-Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of our online stores, marketplaces, and social media channels while creating engaging content and graphics to connect with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on Daraz and other marketplaces.
  • Oversee website listings and ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and appealing.
  • Handle social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage with customers and communities on WhatsApp and Facebook groups.
  • Create graphics, banners, and promotional material for online campaigns.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and social media analytics to optimize engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Daraz listings, e-commerce management, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with social media management and community handling.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of online marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
