Job Summary:

A great opportunity for a junior person to learn accounting and finance. We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy person to join our Accounts Department. The person will be responsible for receivables and payables for customers and venders and maintaining ledgers. He will be also responsible for interactions with banks involving cheques, payment instruments and official documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Customer receivables ledgers.
  • Vendor payable ledgers.
  • Submit cheques, bank drafts, and other financial documents to different banks on time.
  • Visit and interact with banks.
  • Ensure safe and secure handling of all company documents.
  • Maintain records of submissions and receipts from banks.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Accounts/Finance department.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: F.Sc.
  • Preferred qualification: B.Com.
  • Valid Motorcycle Driving License.
  • Must own a motorcycle (with valid registration & documents).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of city routes and banks' locations.
