Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Support Representative, located in Islamabad. The Call Center Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quality customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will be required to use computer systems to process customer requests and maintain records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and possess excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in Computer Literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role would be beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
