Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Islamabad. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, provide prompt responses, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include updating customer information in the database and collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
