Role Overview
The Business Development Intern will support 's growth by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, and assisting in outreach activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to the sales pipeline, CRM tools, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries, primarily SMBs.
- Assist in lead generation through email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and CRM updates.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Track and document interactions with prospects to maintain accurate CRM records.
- Help analyze customer needs and communicate product value clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and follow-up tasks.
- Participate in strategy meetings to propose ideas for improving lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to support informed business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and organize information effectively.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
