About the Role
Fulcrum is seeking an experienced
Assistant General Manager – Customer Services
on behalf of its client in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will lead and enhance customer service operations by developing effective processes, improving customer loyalty programs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies, SOPs, and improvement plans
- Lead, mentor, and manage the customer service team
- Oversee and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Implement and monitor customer retention and loyalty programs
- Track customer satisfaction KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
