About the Role
We are looking for an
experienced online bidder
who can generate business through
Upwork, , and Fiverr (a plus)
.
The ideal candidate should understand
basic web development concepts
to create compelling and technically sound proposals for potential clients.
You'll work closely with our project and development teams to identify suitable projects, craft winning bids, and follow up with leads to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on
Upwork, Freelancer, OR Fiverr
. - Write
customized, professional proposals
based on client requirements. - Communicate effectively with clients and gather project details.
- Maintain a record of bids, responses, and project pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers and management to ensure accurate project scoping.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an
Upwork / bidder
(Fiverr experience is a plus). - Understanding of
web development technologies
(React, Nodejs, PHP, Laravel, Shopify, Magento, or WordPress). - Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to write
personalized and persuasive proposals
. - Familiarity with lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
