About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and handle service inquiries for KaamKrew, our online services platform. The role involves coordinating with customers and service providers, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls/messages related to beauty & home service bookings.
- Manage appointments and service schedules through the KaamKrew app/admin panel.
- Coordinate with service providers (beauticians, handymen, cleaners, etc.) for availability and assignments.
- Assist customers in selecting services, pricing, and booking options.
- Track ongoing jobs, follow up on service completion, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and booking records.
- Support basic administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Reception, Call Center, or Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Urdu).
- Intermediate or BA
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume calls/messages.
- Familiar with mobile apps, CRM, or admin panel dashboards.
- Presentable, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in service platforms like KraveMart, OLX Services, Muawin, Careem, etc.
- Knowledge of salon/spa or home services industry.
