Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive YouTube content strategies aligned with audience growth objectives
  • Implement advanced YouTube SEO techniques including metadata optimization and algorithm updates
  • Create data-driven performance reports with actionable insights for channel improvement
  • Manage community engagement through comment moderation and interactive content
  • Coordinate with video production teams to maintain consistent content quality and scheduling
  • Optimize monetization strategies including ads, memberships, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Conduct competitive analysis and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of YouTube channel management or digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record of YouTube channel growth and audience engagement
  • Expertise in YouTube Analytics, SEO principles, and algorithm updates
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software
  • Night shift availability (Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
