Technical Support Representatives
for multiple international clients across technology, SaaS, telecom, e-commerce, and service industries.

Role Overview

The Technical Support Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues.
  • Provide step-by-step support for software, hardware, or application-related problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
  • Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Customer Service preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in shifts depending on client time zones (US/UK/Dubai).
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and common troubleshooting patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SaaS products, telecom services, or consumer tech.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Google IT Support are a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic/Spanish/Urdu/Hindi) beneficial for certain clients.
