Role Description

This is a
full-time remote role

E-commerce Customer Support Representative
.

The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, managing orders, assisting with returns/exchanges, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The representative will communicate with customers me, calls, and social media inbox messages. They will also be responsible for coordinating with the logistics team for delivery updates, tracking orders, and providing clear, efficient communication to enhance customer experience and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive communication experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and basic English
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve customer concerns
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
