About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Project Lead / Digital Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery across our web development, design, and digital marketing projects.

  • The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on understanding of digital production — capable of guiding teams, managing timelines, ensuring quality, and optimizing workflows for multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team including developers, designers, marketers, and content creators.
  • Oversee project lifecycles — from planning and task assignment to delivery and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure efficient task delegation based on team expertise and project requirements.
  • Track progress, manage deadlines, and proactively identify risks or delays.
  • Maintain high standards for output quality, communication, and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital project management or operations

Strong technical understanding of web development and digital marketing

Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
