  • Tender Management:
     Lead the preparation of environmental tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Business Development:
     Identify new tendering opportunities and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Costing & Budgeting:
     Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate cost estimates and competitive pricing for tenders.
  • Compliance:
     Ensure all proposals align with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
     Maintain records of tenders and provide status updates to management.
  • Client Engagement:
     Participate in pre-bid meetings and address client inquiries regarding tender requirements.
  • You should bring the following:
  • 4+ years of experience in international tenders and proposals management (with international development banks)
  • You have a degree, preferably in Engineering field
  • Ideally technical expertise in service fields (Environmental engineering industry)
  • Should have consulting experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ideally knowledge in European commission grants and proposals
  • IT affinity (e.g. MS Office)
  • Flexible to work remotely with European Time Zone (if required)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent English Language skills.
  • Languages working on tenders funded by the World Bank or other donor banks.
