About the Role

BolTech Solutions is looking for a skilled Python Flask Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will build, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems powering modern web applications. You will collaborate closely with our frontend and product teams to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions for US-based clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask.
  • Lead API integrations, including OpenAI and other third-party services.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security across backend systems.
  • Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Strong expertise in Python, Flask, and RESTful API design.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and deploy production APIs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-first, collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and delivery.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Basic understanding of to align with frontend teams.
  • Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
