About the Role

We're looking for a product-focused Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our high-performance team. This is an opportunity to work across the stack (or go deep in backend or frontend) and build software that thousands of startups will rely on.

You'll be solving real-world problems from day one — with direct mentorship, high-quality engineering culture, and the opportunity to grow into a senior or lead role quickly.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship features across the product — frontend, backend, or full-stack

  • Collaborate with design, product, and senior engineers to deliver user-facing and internal functionality

  • Write clean, maintainable code using modern frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, , React, PostgreSQL)

  • Debug, test, and ensure reliability and performance in production systems

  • Contribute to technical discussions, architectural choices, and system design

  • Take ownership of your work and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight

  • Learn rapidly and grow within a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering

  • Proficiency in backend , PostgreSQL, etc.)
    Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

  • Experience working in teams and collaborating across roles

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing practices, and production deployment workflows

  • Ability to write clear, clean, and well-documented code

Preferred

  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments

  • Exposure to infrastructure tooling like Docker, Redis, SQS, or Pulumi

  • Familiarity with analytics, APIs, or data-intensive applications

  • An eye for UX, performance, and usability

  • Experience with frontend (React, , TypeScript)
