  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Present and promote the company's products and services to both new and existing clients effectively.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the RSP sector.

- Strong understanding of sales and upselling principles including business development, lead nurturing, negotiation, and deal closing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Experience working night shifts or in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate across departments to achieve results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs180,000.00 per month
