Sales Executive – Packaging Division

Envex Tech Solutions

Envex Tech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the packaging industry to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities, while ensuring exceptional customer service through professional communication across emails and phone calls.

Salary: 50k - 60k Plus Bonuses + Commissions

Office location: Johar town, Lahore.

Role: Full time onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging sector.
  • Manage and expand existing client accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product information tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of packaging products, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Accurately update and manage CRM records, reports, and client databases.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the packaging industry (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: 50k - 60k Plus Bonuses + Commissions

Office location: Johar town, Lahore.

Role: Full time onsite
