Sales Executive – Packaging

**URGENT HIRE** We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive with 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in packaging, printing, or a related manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to delivery.

Job: Full time onsite

Office location: Johar Town

Timings: 2pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain records of leads, quotes, and orders in our CRM system
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred), printing and packaging industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience dealing with international clients
  • Familiarity with packaging materials, box styles, and printing processes
