    Assist the compliance manager in ensuring the organization meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide support in the regular reviews and audits of compliance processes.
  • Assist in maintaining updated records for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide compliance-related information.
  • Monitor updates in regulatory frameworks and industry practices, ensuring the team is informed of key changes.
  • Provide administrative support for compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day compliance queries and provide timely resolutions or escalate as needed.
  • Support strategic compliance operations by assisting in data analysis, reporting, and research related to regulatory trends and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's compliance framework and regulatory engagement.
  • Adapting to frequently changing regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, requiring constant monitoring and timely updates to internal processes.
  • Coordinating with multiple departments to gather accurate and timely compliance data in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Managing compliance documentation and audit preparedness while balancing daily support tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensuring consistent application of best practices in compliance despite varied interpretations and evolving expectations from regulators.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience: 3–4 year of experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices is a plus, particularly in using these tools to inform and shape strategic compliance initiatives and support decision-making processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a core compliance experience.
