Job Description

CAD operations policy, procedures & system

  • Responsible to develop & implement Credit Administration operations procedures & system in letter and spirit. Assist in design, planning, and launch of related projects to Staff House Loan.
  • Execution of bank's future initiative and play active role in the launch of SHL.
  • Coordinate with all respective functional areas for smooth operation of staff house loan cases.
  • Ensure Compliance of banking policies and procedures (as applicable) and service quality standards / guidelines.

CAD Management

  • Responsible to update Legal & Appraisal Panel list.
  • Responsible for documents review and DA issuance for Roshan Zar Product.
  • Responsible to coordinate with branches for resolution of discrepancies.
  • Responsible to coordinate with ECIB helpdesk for the timely issuance of reports.
  • Critically analyze ECIB reports & give brief decision to HR department (if any) for Staff House Loan cases.
  • Responsible for timely issuance of reports from the agencies.
  • Responsible to set up and execute CAD Data entry (required MIS's) & Quality Assurance functions (as and when applicable)
  • Supervise System Application Support & User Management (CBS & MIS).
  • Supervise & monitor external agencies charges clearing (where applicable).
  • Responsible to minimize the TAT for reports issuance.
  • Supervise data reporting as per internal / external needs and ensure timely submission of all internal & external reporting.
  • Periodically CAD functions/duties would be reviewed and could be changed (i.e. may assign new duties or may cancel earlier duties) as and when required by the bank.
  • Responsible to design the process flow of TP loan along with HR representatives.
  • Any additional task of CAD as decided from time to time.

Establishing productivity & efficiency benchmarks and Resource Management

  • Responsible to set targets for employee productivity, efficiency and service standards in different functions of the CAD. Setting a mechanism for monitoring against benchmarks;
  • Develop and implement resource plan as per guidelines in line with bank's strategy. Ensure timely coordination for resource management of human resources, IT systems and stationery etc;
  • Assess the training needs of the CAD staff and coordinate for imparting trainings for achieving high service standards
  • Maintain day to day discipline at the CAD functions as per approved policies & procedures of the bank.
  • Keep proper records of reports/correspondence ensuring safe custody and maintain day to day discipline as per approved policies & procedures of the bank;
  • Any other assignment given by the supervisor/competent authority from time to time.

Record keeping /Data archiving

  • Ensure proper record keeping of vouchers / transaction journals / approvals etc.

  • Responsible to maintain and keep data safely in the form of archiving emails/documents/hard copies (as per approved policy).

Policy Compliance & Audit Rating

  • Ensure to build a compliance culture through adherence to Prudential Regulations, applicable laws and banks on policy / procedures.
  • Audit rating at least "Satisfactory" of the branch.
  • Timely rectification of observations i.e. SBP, Internal & external Audit reports.
  • Coordination with external/SBP and internal auditors.

Job Specifications

  • 5 -7 years' experience of banking operations, operations /controls review in banking sector / service industry.
  • Minimum Bachelor's (while preferable MBA or Masters) in Management Sciences from HEC recognized
