Job Duties of a Rider

· Collect parcels, documents, payments, or goods from the office or designated locations.

· Deliver items safely and on time to the assigned destinations.

· Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and records of items received and delivered.

· Obtain signatures or acknowledgments upon delivery.

· Ensure the bike is well-maintained and in good working condition.

· Report any repair or maintenance issues promptly.

· Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.

· Ensure proper handling of confidential documents and sensitive items.

· Coordinate with the supervisor/office regarding daily assignments.

· Inform the relevant department in case of delays, emergencies, or route issues.

· Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.

· Prioritize urgent tasks as per instructions.

· Provide support to other departments for urgent outdoor activities.
